Nomination meetings at each affiliated Local, 6:00–8:00 AM and 6:00–8:00 PM. Members in good standing attend their Local nomination meeting.

Members who work more than 25 miles from their scheduled Local nomination meeting, or who are scheduled to work or travel for work on the nomination, endorsement, or election dates, may request absentee nomination and absentee ballot materials. Absentee Nomination Forms must be received by this date.
